原料
鸡腿: 4只, 鸡蛋: 2个, 生抽: 适量, 盐: 少许, 料酒: 适量, 淀粉: 适量, 面包糠: 适量, 耗油: 适量, 老抽: 适量, 葱,姜: 少许
步骤
1把鸡腿泡水,(泡出血水)然后用牙签在鸡腿上扎眼,方便入味

2把鸡腿用料酒腌15分钟左右,然后放入锅中加入葱姜和少量盐,加水(刚好没过鸡腿)

3向锅中加入生抽,老抽耗油大火煮开然后小火煮20分钟左右

4从锅中捞出放凉

5取鸡腿,先裹上一层蛋液,再裹一层淀粉

6再裹一层蛋液

7再裹一层面包糠

8把油加热至5成然后放入鸡腿,炸至金黄(大约4分钟)就好了
