1将黄豆面放锅中

2用小火慢慢炒熟(生豆面的颜色是浅黄色的,用小火将豆面炒成浅褐色即可,但是千万不要炒糊了)

6大平盘抹少许油

7将糯米面团放盘中按扁成饼状(按扁的面团比较容易蒸熟)

8将盘子放蒸锅中,水开后中火蒸20到30分钟,将盘内的糯米面团蒸熟即可

9蒸好的糯米面团从蒸锅中拿出来以后,上边盖一层保鲜膜晾凉(如果不盖保鲜膜的话,面团在晾凉的过程中,会结一层硬皮)

10面团晾凉以后,先在案板上铺一层保鲜膜,然后放上面团,在盖一层保鲜膜,将面团夹在中间,这样在擀面团的时候,容易擀,而不会将很黏的面团沾在擀面杖上

11将面团擀成薄片,擀的越均匀越好

12擀好的面团,撕去上边的保鲜膜,然后在面团上抹一层豆沙馅

13将糯米面团卷起来,卷的时候,要随着撤去下边一层的保鲜膜!(就像是卷寿司一样,但是那层保鲜膜一定要撤出来)

14晾凉的豆面放案板上,用擀面杖擀一下,将大的颗粒擀碎

15卷好的驴打滚放豆面中,表面沾匀豆面
