原料
紫芋头: 1000克, 糯米粉: 200克, 炸粉: 150克, 香葱: 100克, 五香粉: 2克, 盐: 8克, 花生油: 500ml
步骤
1紫芋去皮,洗净,用刨子把芋头刨成细丝;

2加入糯米粉、炸粉、盐、香葱、五香粉拌均;

1.芋头去皮要戴手套,避免过敏; 2.芋头要选择紫色的,会粉,好吃; 3.不喜欢吃软糯的可以全部用炸粉;
