2鸡蛋打碗内打散成蛋液,葱切末备用~

4搅拌混合均匀~

6放入蒸锅中,隔水上锅蒸~

7盖上锅盖,大火烧开,转中火蒸15–18分钟,关火焖2分钟(蒸至成型不流动即可,成熟状态按自己家的蒸锅高度有关,适量调节还有流动就继续蒸)~
