步骤
1准备上图所有材料(葡萄干忘拍进去)

2把无水酥油倒入一个干净的不锈钢托盘中(托盘越大越好用噢)

3放入糖

4倒入鸡蛋液

5把手洗干净晾干后,不停的捏搓鸡蛋和糖使其充分融入无水酥油中,等无水酥油微微发白,颜色没那么深了,而且手感不那么生硬就好了

6筛入所有粉类,接下来就是揉揉揉…揉至手光盆光

7放入葡萄干接着揉

11入烤箱前预热,上火190,下火170,烤盘放中下层

面粉的种类没有要求,一般做包子饺子馒头的面粉 无水酥油如果换黄油的话味道会差点味儿
