糯米: 50克, 小米: 50克, 黑糯米: 50克, 薏米: 15克, 火腿: 60克, 虾仁: 60克, 花生米: 30克, 香菇: 3颗, 胡萝卜: 半根, 香菜: 适量, 生姜: 1只, 花生酱: 1大勺, 海盐: 适量, 白胡椒: 适量
步骤
1先把米类和花生清洗后浸泡2~3小时

2把去虾线的虾仁洗净切丁,放入黄酒和生姜腌渍一会

小技巧
提前把米浸泡2~3小时,虾仁要用黄酒和生姜腌渍一会在放进锅里,吃的时候没有腥味,煸炒火腿时一定要小火炒
