2面皮部分除黄油和盐外的所有原料混合,搅拌均匀,揉至表面光滑

3加入黄油和盐,继续揉制可以拉出薄膜

4面皮取出解冻,擀成长方形,裹入用黄油切成片状,包入长方形面皮中间,上下折起来,擀薄,重复此动作3-4次

5最后对折,放入冰箱冷冻1小时。
