2化冻的鳕鱼拆开包装,用厨房纸吸去多余的水分,鳕鱼化冻水分较高,不吸干就煎很容易出水影响口感.

3蒜瓣切片,平煎锅中放入黄油,再放入蒜片,小火煎至焦黄.
