港式蛋撻也叫酥皮蛋撻,採用牛油及麵粉製作的皮子,香港吃的比較多,也叫港式蛋撻。後來流入內地
原料
撻皮~黃油 30克, 蛋液 25克, 糖粉 30克, 低筋麵粉 80克, 撻液~雞蛋 2個, 熱水 120克, 糖 30克, 淡奶油 30克
步驟
1黃油提前從冰箱裡拿出來軟化,倒入蛋液

2篩入糖粉和低筋麵粉

3揉成麵糰

4把麵糰擀成片,用蛋撻模壓出型

5把面片放在撻模中整好型

6然後在中間插小孔防止烤的過程中會鼓起來

7取一個大碗放入糖,倒入熱水把糖融化

8兩個雞蛋打散,倒入淡奶油攪打均勻

9然後倒入糖水

10把蛋液過篩幾遍

11把蛋液倒入撻皮中

12放入提前預熱的烤箱中200度烤20分鐘左右~ 放中下層
