豬大腸, 料酒, 蔥段, 薑絲, 八角 1個, 花椒 少許, 白糖 適量, 醬油, 鹽, 水澱粉
步驟
1雖說是免洗的豬大腸但還是要拿鹽醋搓洗一下,清洗乾淨。將洗好的豬大腸放入涼水下鍋,放入蔥段、薑片、八角、紹酒、鹽、胡椒粉

2待鍋開,水冒出白沫,撇去沫子,加入紹酒,煮40分鐘

3將煮好的肥腸撈出待用

6熱鍋溫油放入洋蔥、青椒塊炒出香味

7放入紅椒、肥腸翻炒加入醬油、高湯、胡椒粉、鹽調味炒勻
