土豆 1大個 , 培根 4片, 口蘑 5個 , 洋蔥 1/4個, 馬蘇里拉奶酪 100克 , 丘比千島醬 2湯匙 , 油 少許

1先準備好材料。

2土豆去皮切塊,上鍋蒸熟;

3培根切小片; 洋蔥切丁;

4口蘑切小丁,入開水中焯水後撈出瀝干;

5熱鍋,將培根煸出油;再倒入口蘑與培根同炒;

6蒸熟的土豆趁熱壓成泥,加入千島醬拌勻;
