2用220g沸水攪拌玉米面成塊狀.(放一邊冷卻待用)

4堅果碾碎

5麵粉倒入冷卻好的玉米面里再倒入靜置好的酵母水裡邊、攪拌均勻.

6容器刷油、防止粘底

7將麵糊倒入容器、刮平表面、發酵至兩倍大.發酵好後裝飾葡萄乾和花生碎.沸水上鍋中火蒸30分鐘.關火在悶五分鐘.
