牛腱子肉: 250g, 白蘿蔔: 350g, 大蔥: 100g, 青辣椒: 2根, 辣椒面: 一大勺, 食用油: 一大勺, 香油: 一大勺, 白鬍椒粉: 1/4小勺, 鹽: 1/2小勺, 蒜末: 一小勺, 醬油: 一小勺
步驟
1牛腱子肉250g 白蘿蔔350g 大蔥100g 青辣椒2根 辣椒麵1大勺(辣椒麵選擇粗糙的辣椒麵,儘量不要用細膩的辣椒粉) 食用油1大勺 香油1大勺 白鬍椒粉1/4小勺 鹽1/2小勺 蒜末1小勺 醬油1小勺(如果可以買到韓國湯醬油最好,如果沒有可選擇顏色相對輕亮的生抽醬油起到調味但不會過多影響湯色
