原料
雞翅: 10整隻, 土豆: 一大塊/看自己吃多少, 黑胡椒: 適量, 五香粉: 適量, 香醋: 一點, 料酒: 適量, 蒜: 兩小個, 姜: 5片, 洋蔥: 一小半, 醬油: 適量, 水: 沒過雞翅, 白糖: 一勺
步驟
1先將雞翅一分為二(我昨天把雞翅都用光了,用了一些雞腿)

2再將土豆切成塊

3將油鍋燒熱後放入土豆

4炒至兩面煎黃

5然後還是將油鍋燒熱

6將雞翅煎的兩面煎至金黃色

7後加入洋蔥,薑片,蒜

8炒香後加入,黑胡椒,五香粉,香醋,醬油,料酒、白糖

9炒勻後加入沒過雞翅的水

10先用大火煮開後,用小火慢燉5分鐘後,加入之前煎好的土豆,加入一些鹽(記得攪拌勻之後嘗一下味道,如果不夠咸,再加鹽)就可以收汁嘍(如果想有汁,可以提前裝盤)
