雞蛋: 4個, 西紅柿: 4個, 泡發乾香菇: 4個, 泡發木耳: 若干, 大料: 2個, 海天黃豆醬: 1勺, 老抽: 1勺, 醬油: 3勺, 鹽: 適量, 蔥末,薑末: 少許
步驟
1將香菇切丁,木耳切絲,西紅柿切小塊

2油熱後倒入打好的雞蛋,我喜歡吃老些的,在鍋里試就把它打散,炒好後盛出備用

3單起鍋,放入兩個大料瓣炸香

4放入香菇丁,出香味後放入蔥薑末,如果往外崩,加些泡香菇的水,炒出香味後放入木耳絲

5翻炒一會兒後放入西紅柿,翻炒幾下,放入黃豆醬,繼續翻炒至西紅柿開始出湯

6加香菇水,沒過西紅柿。燒開後,加入老抽,醬油,放入雞蛋

7蓋上鍋蓋,煮5分鐘左右,至西紅柿基本化掉,放入適量的鹽,香油!

8出鍋,準備黃瓜絲,尖椒丁,麵條等!
