1青菜洗凈瀝干水份備用

6撈出蝦仁入鍋繼續爆香,期間加入一調羹老酒(黃酒料酒都是一個意思)

7蝦仁炒出有點泛紅放入青菜翻炒

8要選擇中火或者高火翻炒
