10放入切好滴西紅柿

1、炒西紅柿前要將西紅柿皮燙掉,西紅柿皮本身人體是不消化的,而且西紅柿帶皮炒的不入味。 2、炒這道菜一定要挑熟透的西紅柿炒出來才好吃
