原料
冰糖: 適量, 五花肉: 1k克, 八角: 2個, 生抽: 適量, 香葉: 2片, 干辣椒: 3個, 老抽: 少許, 姜: 2片, 蔥: 3段, 桂皮: 1塊, 蒜: 1掰
步驟
1肉切成如圖的大小,入水焯一下,撈出

2撈出過冷水,把肉沫清洗掉
