1⃣️如果沒有核桃油,橄欖油也是可以的 2⃣️寶寶剛添加輔食,胡蘿蔔的硬芯對寶寶來說還是不好消化,所以要去除 3⃣️胡蘿蔔的硬芯我用筷子很快就能去除乾淨 4⃣️多做的泥放在輔食盒密封放冰箱冷藏
