步驟
1黃油室溫軟化

2料理機打碎,顏色變淺

3加入糖,鹽,麵粉,奶粉,繼續拌打

4打成如圖粉樣,加雞蛋,繼續拌打勻

5形成如圖所示酥餅麵糊

6矽膠墊上鋪保鮮膜,倒上酥餅麵糰稍事揉捏,然後冰箱冷藏1-2小時

7冷藏後會稍微硬些,分成幾個麵糰,自由發揮啦

8我的作法是利用現成模具(刷油),把麵糰揉圓壓扁後放入模具,儘量壓成中間有一個不要太淺的坑的樣子

9用勺子舀些果醬填入每個麵糰的坑裡

10其中四寸模具我也壓了一個酥餅麵糰,填充了三果果醬和老早之前的草莓醬,算是果醬雙拼酥餅

11180預熱,烤制15分鐘
