胡蘿蔔: 2根, 蒜1: 瓣, 干辣椒1: 個, 蔥: 根, 鹽: 克, 麵粉: 克, 花椒:
步驟
1胡蘿蔔削皮切絲後在鹽水裡泡十分鐘左右,可以多加點鹽,之後我們就不再放鹽了。(請忽略我粗線條的胡蘿蔔絲,?)

2十分鐘後把蘿蔔絲撈出來擠干水分

3一定要擠的很乾,不然之後放麵粉會粘在一起

4把擠乾的胡蘿蔔絲里倒入少許色拉油拌勻,然後放麵粉

5多放點麵粉,拌均,讓每根蘿蔔絲都很利落

6然後拿一塊干籠布鋪在蒸鍋上,把胡蘿蔔絲放在干籠布上

7鍋上氣後蒸三分鐘左右即可。出鍋後把蘿蔔絲用筷子抖散開,上面放適量蔥和蒜粒,干辣椒?️放一點就好,然後鍋里放油和花椒粒,油熱後把花椒粒挑出來,然後把油澆在蔥蒜上就好啦
