原料
有機黑芝麻: 100g, 糯米粉: 40g, 水: 500ml, 冰糖: 適量, 桂花: 少許
步驟
1將黑芝麻小火翻炒至微黃,有香味後乘出待用!千萬不要時間太長以免炒焦!

2糯米粉也用小火稍微炒一下,至微黃即可!

3將黑芝麻倒入粉碎容器(我用的是料理棒)!

4再加入剛炒好的糯米粉!

5將2樣食材攪拌後加入適量水(500ml里的水)!

6我用一瓶不到點的礦泉水,依次攪拌加水!

7黑芝麻,糯米粉和水粉碎完畢!

8將液體倒出過濾!這樣口感才順滑細膩哦!

9然後加熱,放入適量冰糖,根據大家的口味調量!我是分別加了2次並一直攪拌芝麻糊以防糊底!

10最後放入一點點桂花提香,然後就完成啦!
