豆腐: 半塊, 豬肉: 30g, 花椒: 十粒, 麻椒: 十粒, 小蔥: 一顆, 大蒜: 四瓣, 姜: 兩片, 干辣椒碎: 適量, 泰椒: 一個, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 30g, 料酒: 適量, 味極鮮: 適量, 雞精: 適量, 黑胡椒粉: 適量, 澱粉: 5g
步驟
1豆腐切塊 放入鹽水中泡三分鐘、這樣豆腐會緊實不易碎

2把調料準備好,蔥白切蔥花爆鍋,蔥葉備著出鍋用

3把肉切碎、(看個人喜好豬肉、牛肉、雞肉都可以)黑胡椒準備好

4熱鍋涼油放入花椒麻椒,然後把肉下入鍋里翻炒

5加入醬油和料酒,放入蔥姜蒜辣椒碎

6放入郫縣豆瓣醬,繼續翻炒

7把準備好的白開水添入鍋內約400ml

8開鍋後把豆腐放入鍋里,倒入黑胡椒粉、千萬不能用鏟子翻鍋,只能晃動炒鍋來防止粘底,小火三分鐘,倒入勾芡好的澱粉,晃動幾下 ,大夥一分鐘收湯
