1將淡菜洗乾淨後,開中火煮幾分鐘,煮到蛤蜊殼開為止

11再疊上一層節瓜,米和蛤蜊肉。記得一定要撒上磨碎後的帕馬森奶酪。用小火開始煮,把蛤蜊海鮮湯倒回鍋子裡一起煮20分鐘,把米和蔬菜煮熟。
