4蛋黃區分

5白糖直接和蛋清放一起,用打蛋器進行打發蛋清,直至勾尖

6麵粉過篩,把顆粒過篩掉

7分三次把蛋清攪拌麵粉中,上下攪拌

小技巧
溫度不要過高,以上量可以烤20個馬芬杯蛋糕。第一次做可減少量,預防不成功導致浪費材料
