原料
雞蛋: 4個, 紅蔥酥: 100克, 是拉差辣椒醬: 125克, 花生粉: 200克, 水(或雞湯): 300毫升, 太白粉水: 30毫升, 油: 500毫升, 蒜粉: 1茶匙, 醋: 3大匙, 糖: 3大匙, 鹽: 適量, 蝦醬: 2茶匙, 紅辣椒: 2片, 香菜葉: 1支
步驟
1將雞蛋放入鍋中煮熟,去殼備用

2往油鍋中加入油,燒熱至150度,放入去殼雞蛋煎炸

3待雞蛋炸至外皮焦黃時,可撈出瀝干油份

4將材料中剩餘的材料(除太白粉水外)全部倒入鍋中
