步驟
1將雞蛋和牛油果,可可粉一起入料理機打成泥

2在步驟一中加入杏仁粉,椰子粉,泡打粉,海鹽,南瓜子,攪拌均勻,如果混合物太干,可加入適量飲用水至粘稠狀

3模具底部和四周刷一層食用油,將上步驟的的糊狀物入模具
