4將槐花,切好的韭菜段,麵粉,鹽混到一個稍微大點的盆里拌勻,然後加入雞蛋繼續拌勻

5電餅鐺里放入適量花生油,油熱後將混好的槐花平攤鋪到電餅鐺里(槐花比較吃油,可以多放油)
