1製作麵粉的原料

2將雞蛋與白砂糖混合攪拌均勻

3在步驟二的基礎上倒入牛奶並攪拌均勻

6將攪拌好的麵糊過篩,這樣麵疙瘩就篩過了,之後放入冷藏保存30分鐘

7麵糊冷藏時處理榴槤

8平底鍋放油燒熱快速倒入適量麵糊,攤成薄薄的一層

9將攤好的麵餅放入冰箱冷藏,此時開始打發奶油,大約70g左右淡奶油加入少許白砂糖打發
