小技巧
1.將肉絲加入調味料提前腌好;再將西芹絲焯過水準備好;杏鮑菇手撕成絲,這樣更入味; 2.先將鍋燒熱,下入腌好的肉絲翻炒,肉絲變色後加入杏鮑菇絲一起炒,炒時加入點蚝油,直至將其炒軟; 3.杏鮑菇基本炒好後加入其它配料,西芹,只需翻炒一下,加入鹽等調味料後就可以出鍋了。
