3肥腸提前用麵粉,醋泡,搓,洗乾淨

4切了之後,我一般還喜歡過一下水,去油脂!

5鍋里放油下一個八角,兩片香葉

6下非常爆炒

7加醬油,蚝油,花椒油(用花椒粉也行)

8肥腸拔一邊先下蔥姜,泡椒炒出香味

10炒出香味後➕一大碗開水,莫過肥腸,小火18分鐘左右!

1118分鐘後,肥腸差不多熟了,也入味了,喜歡軟一點的就多燜一會。然後把肥腸拔一邊下酸蘿蔔煸炒!

12為了顏色好看我加了一勺辣椒油也可以不加!然後多炒一會,把水份基本都要炒干!

13再次把肥腸拔一邊,下青椒,小米椒,單獨放鹽(因為之前肥腸有醬油,蚝油,泡椒,酸蘿蔔都有鹽,所以不需要放鹽)

14翻炒均勻,辣椒炒軟後放蒜粒和適量雞精,如果有香菜和小蔥也可以放點更好吃!

小技巧
可以用洋蔥代替酸蘿蔔,也可以額外加些洋蔥,辣椒種類多,口感更豐富!拌米飯超級好吃!
