麵粉: 150g, 綠蘿蔔: 450g, 雞蛋: 1個, 姜: 10g, 精鹽: 2鹽勺(6g), 雞精: 2鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺
步驟
1準備材料(姜備好)~

2姜洗凈切末備用~

3蘿蔔洗凈切長塊,用擦絲器擦成細絲,在切成碎末,稍微攥一下水份裝盤備用~

4麵粉倒入盆中,放入蘿蔔碎,打入雞蛋,加入薑末,精鹽,雞精,十三香~

5攪拌混合均勻~ (此時要速度進行,因為蘿蔔會出水,以免濕噠噠)

6鍋內倒適量油~

7手洗凈抓麵糰,用虎口位置擠出圓團~

8用湯匙切下去,慢慢放入油鍋內(可以準備些清水,湯匙不時沾沾水就不會粘麵糰了)~

9一個個下入油鍋內,轉小火炸至,不時用勺子推動炸的均勻(火若太大,以免外皮炸糊,內里還沒熟)~
