柚子: 1個, 排骨: 200g, 橙子: 2-3個, 生抽: 10g, 老抽: 10g, 料酒: 15g, 冰糖: 20g, 尖椒: 15g, 蔥: 5g, 姜: 5g, 鹽: 5g, 蜂蜜: 10g

2柚子皮切小塊,開水泡10分鐘

3撈起柚子皮擠干,再用清水浸泡一個晚上,第二天再撈起擠乾淨水分,來回清洗擠壓(主要為了過濾苦澀的味道)

4水中加入適量生薑兩片,排骨洗乾淨焯水,撈出瀝干水分

5加入料酒、生抽,攪拌腌制10分鐘左右

6熱鍋加入適量油,加熱至7成熱,倒入薑片,加入排骨煸炒片刻
