步驟
1青紅椒切斜刀放一旁備用,蔥切段,生薑大蒜切大片,豬肉切絲

2肉放碗里,加5-10ml生抽,一小勺芝麻油,一小匙糖,一勺米酒,一小匙澱粉,少許蛋液、水和色拉油拌勻腌制

3鍋熱後倒油,油稍有一點熱度後將腌好的肉絲倒入鍋里

5鍋里放少許油,高溫煸香薑片後倒入大蒜片和蔥段和辣椒
