自發粉: 3斤, 白糖: 80g, 溫水: 916g
步驟
1把所有材料放入盆中,溫水慢慢加入!

2揉面大概20分鐘後放入盆內!保鮮膜蓋上,可以再蓋點重的東西上面!

3晚上十點保鮮膜蓋上的,第二天早上七點就發酵到這麼多!

4早上揉面大概20分鐘,揉到很筋斗的感覺!

5再搓成長條形狀,再切成塊狀!就是麵皮了!

6在中間加入肉餡就可以了,包子包好後要醒個10分鐘會變大,再入鍋!
