原料
雞蛋: 3個, 牛奶: 30g, 色拉油: 30g, 細砂糖: 30g, 低筋粉: 50g, 泡打粉: 1ml小勺, 塔塔粉: 1ml小勺, 玉米澱粉: 10g, 淡奶油: 650g, 糖粉: 65g, 抹茶粉: 適量
步驟
130g牛奶和30g色拉油和15g細砂糖加入打蛋盆中用攪拌器攪拌均勻

2再篩入50g低筋粉和1ml小勺泡打粉用攪拌器攪拌均勻

3再加入3個蛋黃,繼續攪拌均勻成為麵糊(麵粉加入後攪拌均勻即可,不要打上筋)

43個蛋清加1ml小勺塔塔粉到入打蛋盆中用電動打蛋器打成小彎鉤狀

5再加入10g的玉米澱粉打至至提起打蛋頭成倒三角

6打發好的蛋清分三次加入到麵糊中,用刮刀攪均勻

7再倒入模具中,放台上震兩下,震出大氣泡

8放入預熱的烤箱烘烤(烤箱預熱10分鐘)放入烤箱中烤至45分鐘左右即可
