步驟
1準備材料,蛋清分離;

2將牛奶、色拉油、鹽、細砂糖(24g)加入蛋黃中,用手動打蛋器攪拌均勻;

3低筋麵粉和玉米澱粉過篩,篩入蛋黃糊中,攪拌均勻;

4蛋白加入細砂糖(48g),用電動打蛋器攪打至硬性發泡;

5烤箱160°C 預熱;
6將1/3 蛋白加入至攪拌好的蛋黃糊中,用刮刀翻拌均勻,然後將蛋黃糊倒回剩下的蛋白中翻拌均勻;

7用刮刀將麵糊分成5等份,一份用原蛋黃糊,其餘四份分別加入2滴色素攪勻,倒入彩虹模具中; 150°C 烤35分鐘; 烤好後取出,輕震一下倒扣放涼,脫模;
