1材料:香腸,臘肉,臘雞腿,南瓜

2臘雞腿切塊用冷水浸泡1-2小時。(臘雞腿有一定鹹度,要浸泡後才可以烹飪。中間可以換幾次水。)

3香腸和臘肉切片

4所有腊味用溫水沖洗幾遍後瀝干水份

5油鍋薑片爆香後,下入腊味翻炒。(儘量少加油,腊味本身有油)

6加料酒,少許鹽和糖調味。(腊味都有一定鹹味,可以不加鹽。)

7切片的南瓜鋪在碗底

8倒入炒過的腊味,碗四周再鋪上些南瓜

9上熱水鍋中小火蒸20分鐘左右。(臘雞腿比較難熟,只要這個熟爛,其他就沒問題了。)
