原料
展藝酵母: 6克, 純牛奶: 105克, 展藝蛋糕粉: 225克, 色拉油: 45克, 鹽: 2克, 小蘇打: 1.5克, 蔥: 適量
步驟
1先將牛奶倒入酵母裡面,混合均勻備用

2將蔥取綠色部分切成蔥花

3將蔥花,蛋糕粉,色拉油,鹽和小蘇打一起倒入大碗里用矽膠刮刀先混合

4再將牛奶酵母倒入碗里,套個手套抓捏均勻成團,包保鮮膜靜置半小時備用

5靜置好將麵糰放矽膠墊上,用擀麵杖擀成薄片,建議擀薄一點,烤的時候還會發高一點

6用切面刀切出5×5裡面的正方形狀,再用叉子在每個正方形薄片上扎小孔洞

7將正方形薄片移到不粘烤盤裡,有距離的擺開,烤箱預熱上下火170度

8預熱好放進烤箱中層,烤10分鐘左右表面微上色即可出爐,冷卻食用
