步驟
1麵糰原料除黃油外,揉至光滑,再加入軟化的黃油,揉至擴展階段。然後發酵至兩倍大

2卡士達醬做法將蛋黃加入白糖打發至白,再加入過篩後的低筋麵粉混合。牛奶煮至快開,一點點慢慢倒入蛋黃糊中(如果一次性倒,會容易使蛋黃變熟),攪拌均勻,再重新放回爐上,小火煮至有紋路,隔冰水中放涼
