原料
蝦: 6隻, 龍口粉絲: 兩小捆, 大蒜: 3瓣, 紅黃椒: 60g, 蔥花: 10g, 料酒: 一大勺, 醬油: 50g, 細砂糖: 28g, 麻油: 3-5g, 清水: 適量, 無味植物油: 適量
步驟
1把紅蝦處理好(可參考我的菜譜~阿根廷紅蝦的清洗),整好後把蝦頭切或者剪下來

2大蒜切成小粒

4加適量清水把粉絲泡軟,也可以用開水,溫水

5平底鍋放入半鍋清水,大火燒開

6把泡軟的粉絲用筷子夾出來,放進燒開的水裡,水開後轉小火,繼續煮五分鐘左右

7熟透後將其撈出,放到盤子裡備用

8鍋里倒入適量無味植物油,小火

18用鍋鏟翻拌均勻、哈哈~拿拿非常喜歡用刮刀?

19大盤裡鋪上粉絲兒,擺上蝦的身體部分,在中間用剪刀剪幾刀,用筷子撥開,使其形成一個洞?️

20把蝦頭部分擺在中間的洞裡
