雞蛋: 1隻, 豬肉: 450克, 海米: 1把, 蝦籽: 適量, 生薑: 3片, 料酒: 2小勺, 小蔥: 1小把, 生抽、老抽: 適量, 鹽: 少許, 白糖: 少許, 色拉油: 1勺, 紫菜: 適量
步驟
1把除蝦籽、色拉油之外的調味料剁入肉餡

2肉餡要剁細一點,加少許白糖是為了提鮮,我沒有放雞精
