步驟
1揉好麵糰放一邊備用,準備肉餡,我做的是豆角肉餡,肉餡可以按自己口味準備!

2麵糰做成餃子皮大小,一次要四個皮!

3一次疊放擺成一列

4在麵皮上端放肉餡,不要過多,因為捲起來會漏出!

5把下半邊麵皮往上翻

8擺弄一下麵皮的造型,是不是看起來更像花朵了!

9燒油,把包好的花朵放入平底鍋,煎一下稍微讓它定型!

10煎至花朵底部略帶焦黃,讓後撒上一勺調過水的披薩醬!(披薩醬要用水調稀)蓋好蓋子煎一下,收汁即可出鍋!
