原料
虾 15只(不算大), 主料:, 油菜 一小把(我放的有点少了,借着虾味很好吃), 火腿丁和熟玉米粒 小半碗, 调料:, 配料:, 淀粉, 葱花, 姜末, 盐, 油, 料酒, 胡椒粉
步骤
1虾用牙签在背部挑去虾线,去头尾和外壳(头尾壳的吃法)

2洗净剁成泥,加料酒胡椒粉少许盐拌上劲

3取一平盘放上一层干淀粉,将虾泥分成等量的份数放在盘中

4在上面再撒上干淀粉,然后逐一将吓泥滚成球,在按扁成虾饼

5锅中放水烧至微沸,放入虾饼,改小火煮1分钟(煮虾的水先不要倒),捞出

6油菜切寸段用少许油盐葱姜清炒后盛出放盘中垫底

7锅中再放少许油放火腿丁和熟玉米粒葱姜炒香放虾饼和煮虾的水(半饭勺即可)

8再放少许盐大火半分钟至汁收浓即可
