简介
水煮系列,准备工作比较繁琐,材料准备要全,我用的是海鱼,所以上浆过油了,如果是草鱼黑鱼之类河鱼,不用上浆过油,直接水煮即可,水煮肉类以此类推。
原料
龙利鱼 500g, 生菜 500g, 泡椒 少许, 干辣椒 少许, 蒜末 少许, 香葱 少许, 香菜 少许, 辣酱 少许, 豆瓣酱 少许, 芝麻 少许, 花椒油 少许
