原料
虾仁 150克, 豆腐 500克, 香葱 3棵, 番茄酱, 白砂糖, 盐, 淀粉
步骤
1虾仁开背,豆腐切厚片备用.

2锅内放少量油,待油热,放入豆腐煎制.

3将豆腐煎至两面金黄,盛出,沥干油份,备用.

4调水淀粉,将虾仁加入其中,加盐调味,抓匀.
