泡芙 80个, 金色脆片材料:, 翻糖 480克, 液体葡萄糖(葡萄糖浆) 320克, 杏仁片 400克, 黄油 适量, 装饰:, 粘连的焦糖 奶锅半锅, 杏仁糖或者玫瑰糖球 适量, 白糖霜 适量
步骤
1用手指泡芙的面糊制作
