步骤
1红薯去皮后切成小块,放入碗里,用蒸锅或微波炉蒸熟

2蒸熟的红薯趁热用勺背按压成泥状

6红豆浸泡一夜,放入适量清水,烧开后转小火煮大约一小时左右

7煮至红豆酥软,加入适量红糖搅拌至融化
