趁女儿睡觉的时侯做的~有点匆忙~不过味道一样很赞~
原料
奶油奶酪 100g, 淡奶油 200g, 牛奶 280g, 鸡蛋 2个, 细沙糖 60g, 柠檬汁 少许
步骤
1奶油奶酪隔水软化

2奶油奶酪加糖搅拌均匀

3加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀后,(因为我没柠檬汁,所以省略了)加入淡奶油和牛奶搅拌均匀

4鸡蛋打散后倒入,并搅拌均匀

5过滤布丁液(这步必须有,口感会好很多)

6过滤好后的布丁液很细腻无杂质~

7装入耐高温烤箱布丁瓶,水浴法150度30—40分钟左右,烤好后不要急着拿出,放烤箱内1小时后取出冷却,入冰箱隔夜更美味~

8热的时候没忍住~吃了一瓶感觉超甜,但是凉了以后味道就很正了~推荐~
