原料
猪大肠, 料酒, 葱段, 姜丝, 八角 1个, 花椒 少许, 白糖 适量, 酱油, 盐, 水淀粉
步骤
1虽说是免洗的猪大肠但还是要拿盐醋搓洗一下,清洗干净。将洗好的猪大肠放入凉水下锅,放入葱段、姜片、八角、绍酒、盐、胡椒粉

2待锅开,水冒出白沫,撇去沫子,加入绍酒,煮40分钟

5重要的溜就在这时候出现了,热锅温油放入肥肠煸炒捞出(保持油温使肠子里的不健康的油逼出来,大肠也变得爽脆)

6热锅温油放入洋葱、青椒块炒出香味
